ISO 9001 - is a set of international standards for management and verification of good quality

management practices. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international organization that certifies that businesses meet certain common standards. The name ISO was taken from the Greek "isos" meaning "equal," and is used without alteration in every language in all countries which participate.

SN 9001 – a newly created system exclusive to professional snow contractors -- works in conjunction with the existing ISO 9001. Contractors earn certification through an independent, third-party audit that focuses on processes and procedures that adhere to service quality, as well as the implementation of the industry standards for the professional snow and ice management industry.

About Time Snow completed its Pre-Audit Gap Assessment with John Allin Consulting, and is almost ready for its stage 1 audit with Smithers Quality Assessment next month.
