About Time Snow (ATS) was started in 1993 by Stephen Summer to provide complete snow and ice control services throughout Bucks County and other areas surrounding Philadelphia. Over the past several years, we have moved beyond our immediate markets. Currently, we have a presence in the following 7 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York Pennsylvania and Virginia, our National Market.
Our approach to managing ice and snowfall is to use a combination of liquid-treated salt and directly applied freeze-point-depressant liquids. This particular combination of materials minimizes the chance of refreeze after inclement weather and eliminates the use of sand – thus eliminating the need for spring clean-up and giving longer life to your lot surface and its parking and boundary lines.
